For over two decades in business, we at ILVIDIHA have learned one important lesson — the most meaningful investment is the one made in people. That’s why we continue to support our team — not only in their professional development but also in their personal growth.
On April 24, part of our team participated in the HR Masterclass: The Future of HR Management, held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Plovdiv. The event, organized by Enterprise magazine in collaboration with HR Manager and the European Digital Experts Association (EURODEA), provided a truly inspiring experience focused on innovation and adapting to the latest trends in talent acquisition and workforce management.
Soft Skills at the Forefront
We were particularly impressed by the opening lecture delivered by Anelia Miteva, Managing Director of CATRO Bulgaria EOOD, on the topic: "HR 3.0 — How to Unlock Human Potential in a Rapidly Changing World?". We discussed how the role of HR professionals has evolved over the years and which skills will be critical in the future.
Artificial Intelligence — An Ally, Not a Threat
The next module, led by Yoana Atanasova from Manpower Bulgaria, focused on the role of AI in HR processes. We explored how automation can assist in recruitment, training, and overall team efficiency. We also discussed real-world tools that can be incorporated into our daily work. The conversation was lively, touching on questions like: Will AI make us lazier, or will it free us from routine tasks so we can focus on what truly matters?
How to Attract and Retain Generations Z and Alpha
Alexander Baldjiev from Found presented a session on how to work with the youngest generations in the workforce — Generations Z and Alpha. We discussed the importance of clear and concise communication, individualized approaches, mentorship, and the need for well-structured expectations and deadlines.
Digitization and Sustainability in HR
The final lecture by Savina Dineva from Sb Accounting and Consulting addressed the topic of digital personnel files and the automation of administrative processes — a reality that is already being implemented. We shared experiences and ideas on how to put this into practice, including digital management of leave requests, sick leaves, and onboarding processes.
A Well-Trained Team Is the Key to Professional Service
At ILVIDIHA, we view such training events not just as occasions but as opportunities to grow, improve, and become even more effective in what we do. Every new tool and idea helps us adapt, become more agile, and deliver even higher quality service to every business that trusts us.
Our partners can be confident that with us, they will always receive uncompromising professionalism. And the best way to guarantee this is by continuing to invest in our most valuable asset — our team.
We would like to thank the organizers and speakers of the HR Masterclass for the inspiration. We move forward with confidence and enthusiasm!
