In 2025, ILVIDIHA celebrated its 30th anniversary – a milestone in the company’s history, but above all, a celebration of the people who, for three decades, have built its success with dedication, perseverance, and heart.
To mark this special occasion, the entire team, together with partners and friends – the big ILVIDIHA family – gathered in the Koprivkite area, at the beautiful Forest View complex, for an unforgettable three-day teambuilding event filled with adventures, smiles, and inspiring emotions
The Beginning of the Adventure
Friday began with a nature walk led personally by Mr. Hristo Chakov – a symbolic start to the celebration and to the shared journey that has united us for 30 years. After several kilometers surrounded by the greenery of the Rhodope Mountains, our team was greeted by a pleasant surprise – a colorful forest picnic prepared with care and good spirit. Among the trees, we found champagne, snacks, and plenty of laughter, while the conversations and shared stories turned this moment into one of the warmest memories of the weekend.
After returning to the hotel, the afternoon was devoted to well-deserved rest and relaxation in the spa area – a peaceful prelude to the evening’s highlight.
An Evening of Gratitude and Friendship
The positive emotions continued as we gathered for a festive dinner specially organized for the occasion. With music, smiles, and dancing, the evening became a true celebration of the ILVIDIHA spirit.
The most moving moment came when Mr. Hristo Chakov, CEO of ILVIDIHA, took the stage to express his heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their hard work and dedication over the years.
“Thirty years later, I am proud that ILVIDIHA stands as a symbol of honesty, perseverance, and sustainable growth. But what makes me most proud is having a team I can trust unconditionally. Tonight, I want to thank all of you for your dedication and for turning a small family business into a company like no other. Thank you for being here and for writing this story together. I truly believe the best is yet to come!” – said Mr. Chakov.
He then surprised his long-standing employees with special gifts – engraved gold bracelets for the ladies and elegant watches for the gentlemen. The gesture was met with thunderous applause and touched everyone deeply. In the eyes of his colleagues shone gratitude and pride, because behind these beautiful gifts stood a sincere recognition of loyalty, commitment, and belonging.
After the official part, the evening continued with live music, a festive program, and joyful celebration.
A Day of Adventure, Laughter, and Team Spirit
After the emotions of the previous night, Saturday proved to be just as colorful and exciting. Together, we embarked on a series of outdoor challenges that combined teamwork and fun. After breakfast, we set off on a surprise walk that led us to an open meadow where a survival-in-the-forest workshop awaited us. With the help of an instructor, we learned how to navigate using a compass, build a ladder from ropes and wooden planks, and even start a fire without a lighter.
The most entertaining part came at the end – a team competition for the fastest and most successful tent setup. The challenge sparked both our competitive spirit and plenty of laughter, proving once again that when the people of ILVIDIHA work together, nothing is impossible.
The day continued with relay games, laughter, and positive energy that brought the team even closer together. Surrounded by nature and far from daily routines, we were reminded how important it is to trust one another and move forward as a team.
A Moment to Remember
At the end of the day, we experienced one of the most meaningful and symbolic moments of the entire weekend – together, we planted a tree that will remain as a living symbol of our shared history and journey.
It represents the roots, growth, and resilience of ILVIDIHA. Just as the tree will grow and change, so too has our company evolved over the years while staying true to its stability, values, and humanity.
